Spotlight on Real Estate Marketing
The Real Estate Calendar
Many things have an effect on an agent's calendar. June and July are huge months for many agents, because families like to move between school years. Other agents completely drop out of their business during the summer break, so they can be with their own kids. So there are no hard fast rules for when an agent may take a little break. However, as the temperatures chill, our photography calendar is not as busy as during the warmer months of the year.
Perhaps that means it is a good time to think about what you will be doing about your business when things heat up again. I don't have to tell you that when the business does pick up, that's not the time to sit down and make a marketing plan.
Do you have a marketing plan? Many agents don't. They might have a great marketing plan for the houses they list, without ever stopping to think they need a plan to market themselves. Some agents set up their webpage and social channels when they started in real estate and haven't thought of them again. Other agents are so busy marketing, they don't have time for clients. Where do you fall on that spectrum?
Making a Clean Sweep
Here at Spot On Images, real estate marketing is our specialty. Sure, we do photography, videography and drones for real estate listings, but we also do a lot of other marketing jobs for our clients. While we're quite willing to do whatever marketing tasks an agent requests, we often find agents are quite sure if what they are doing is the right thing at all.
So, if you're one of those agents who does have questions about marketing, we'd like to help. We're not just a photography/videography company with a drone. We've been in real estate, we've run small businesses and we've also been coached by one of the foremost real estate coaching companies in the US. We're also working right now with the marketing plans of some of the best agents in the area.
We'd love to sit down with you and
